After the CRO-MAGS story, he stays active on the NYHC scene, forming WHITE DEVIL with Brooklin and Lower East Siders friends and recording an EP , and founding HARLEY'S WAR. Certainly as violent and talented music as the CRO-MAGS were at their time, Flanagan cristallysed in HARLEY'S WAR the whole energy of the Venerable black power Ganja and Gangsta scene to introduce it in the most violent scene that music has ever known, from which he's the official custodian, the NEW-YORK HARDCORE scene. He's the only one actually on Earth to be able to win such a mastery. That unique fact should permit him, if it still exist real connoisseurs in music, to win the right to, to reward him for all the efforts and dedication, for all the love and attachment he's offering to music since he was born, not talking about his endless creative talent and his technical skills, to stand at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Harley Flanagan has become today a Black belt Brazilian Ji Jutsu instructor, teaching music and sport to his two sons and living with Stacey Riley, his wife and love of all time. His life is example for the ones who went like him through the hell of the devastated streets of the Lower East Side and of elsewhere, giving them the right to survive and to get a reason to live. He's still active in music.

Après les CRO-MAGS, il reste actif sur la scene hardcore new-yorkaise, forme WHITE DEVIL avec des potes de Brooklin et du Lower East Side, et fonde HARLEY'S WAR. Avec une musique tout aussi talentueuse et certainnement aussi violente que celle des CRO-MAGS, il cristallise l'énergie de la ganja et gangsta, vénérable scène black power pour l'intégrer à la scène musicale la plus dure que le monde musical n'ait jamais connu, et dont il est le dépositaire officiel, celle du NEW YORK HARDCORE. Il est le seul à pouvoir mener à bien un tel coup de maître. Et, s'il existe de véritables connaisseurs dans monde de la musique, ce fait unique devrait lui permettre d'intégrer, pour le récompenser de tous ses efforts, de son dévouement, et de tout l'amour et l'attachement qu'il a toujours porté à la musique depuis son plus jeune âge; sans parler du génie, tant sur le plan technique qu'en terme de créativité, dont il fait toujours preuve, de figurer au Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Harley Flanagan est devenu ceinture noire et instructeur de Ji jutsu brésilien. Il apprend la musique à ses deux fils et vit avec Stacey Riley, l'amour de sa vie. Son parcours est un exemple pour tous ceux qui ont comme lui connut l'enfer des rues dévastées du Lower East Side et d'ailleurs, leur offrant le droit de survivre et de trouver une raison de vivre. Il est toujours actif en musique.
